Game 1 of NBA Finals sees lowest viewership in recorded ratings history

The first game between the Lakers and Heat saw a 45 percent decrease compared to last year's Game 1.

Everyone knows the inevitable outcome. This finals could be as discounted as '99 Spurs Championship with David Robinson and Tim Duncan over Ewing and the Knicks during a shortened season.

I watch the Padres bow out after struggling to piece together makeshift pitching staffs because their two best pitchers get injured conveniently before the playoffs start.

Then as I shift my focus that much more to my favorite basketball team they proceed to blow a potential series clincher by missing multiple shots when having the chance to cement a victory and one of their best players is noticeably hobbling, which means he's probably going to be conveniently out for the next two games.
